Photo Update - Happy Halloween!

(Donna here) - I was able to finish up the best lion costume for Xander to wear to his preschool costume party, with trick or treating to come up tomorrow night!

A couple of recent shots for the folks playing along at home:

He's doing WELL. Growing a lot, more than I had expected - we'll be putting the 24 mos sized clothes away soon, and going fully into 2T...new shoes probably not far behind.

Talking up a storm, and wanting to know everything about everything. We couldn't be happier to oblige him.

Adorable and a great job with the costume.

Sounds like he'll be in 3T soon the way he's growing (usually 24 months and 2T are the same size, 24 months is cut for diapers/crawlers, 2T for pullups/walking is what I was told back then).

That sounds about right. I find 24 months are usually a little wider than 2T, but that's about the only difference.

I think you used the same pattern I did a few years ago to make Rose's Aslan costume. They STILL drag that thing out and wear it sometimes.

Xander is toooo cute! :)

Aww he looks adorable, looks like he definitely approves :) Has he seen the Wizard of Oz yet (even if its too hard for him I bet the Cowardly Lion bits would go down well.. ;) )

Btw did you realise just changing the size attributes on a pic doens't make it any smaller in terms of file size? These took ages to load for me as they're all huge pics...

Oh, that's one adorable boy there. And a good costume, too - although for my money the wee Hawaiian shirt is for some reason almost as adorable. I hope he has a wonderful Halloween!
